How did I do it? Mainly dieting. I've also worked out for a few weeks at the beginning but then got lazy and used that time for something else ( I don't have too much time on my hands so I can use any extra minute I can get) - not that I'm proud of it....but that's it for the time being.
I'm still breastfeeding so my diet was one that would allow me to eat well, healthy and enough. Six days a week I haven't eaten anything flour related (bread, pasta), no potatoes, no sweets, no butter, lots of water, more fruits and vegetables. The 7th day (usually Sunday) I would allow myself to eat ANYTHING: cake, bread and butter...
I fit in my old clothes and this makes me feel great. There is still one issue I have to work on: my belly fat, which despite my lost of weight refuses to go away. I know that I should start again working out but still haven't gotten to the point of taking a step from intention to action.
