We went yesterday dowtown to visit Macy's Santaland and I had to wear my new skirt :) Don't you do the same? As soon as I sew or receive a new garment I have to wear it right away. 
We ended the evening with some Christmas shopping.

winter skirt
I finished the skirt yesterday, it didn't take me so long after all but only because my dad is helping me out with the baby. I can't imagine yet how my life will be in January, after my dad goes back to Romania. I'll be on my own with Victor until Dan is back from work. I know I'll survive (after all I'm not the only stay at home mom) but I won't have much time left for myself and my sewing.

I love your new skirt. Congratulations on the birth of your new baby boy. I had my little girl August 3rd, number six for me. I hope you enjoy every moment.

She is very precious to me. I hold her close and just try to enjoy her. Sometimes my mind does start to wonder what the future will be like for her and what will she be able to do, but mostly I just try to enjoy the now with her and not think about it too much. I haven't been as active in the blogging world either during the pregnancy and since she was born. I just post when I can.
